Digitakt #5 - Guitar Noodles

I tried to capture the atmosphere of some noodling on the acoustic guitar with Digitakt. Conditional trigs make sure the melody is not repeated to literally all the time (like I would on the guitar).

A bunch of noises I had recorded in the workplace of an artist were chopped into slices and used as percussion. The LFO is slightly moving the sample start, so the sounds are not identical wit h every other hit.

The kick was synthesized a long time ago in logic pro. A Novation K-station plays the padsound and a Novation BassStation2 plays a repeating resonant mono-sound. Both through Digitakts' mixer for delay and reverb.

While I had fun making this, I found it difficult to finish. I never seem to know when somethings done. I'm still not sure.
